1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ggjl ("ggjl", "we", "us", "the Platform"), operated at ggjl.one. By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or in any way using ggjl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use ggjl. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ggjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit after mandatory verification checks.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ggjl, you must register a verified account. The following rules apply to all ggjl accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ggjl. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits must be funded from accounts, e-wallets, or crypto addresses legally registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the ggjl cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. ggjl targets a withdrawal processing time of under 20 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, though actual processing times depend on the payment provider and may be longer during high-volume periods.
• ggjl does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond ggjl's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ggjl.one — including but not limited to the ggjl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ggjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ggjl platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content from ggjl without prior written consent from ggjl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, ggjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or business opportunity.

ggjl's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. ggjl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though we commit to maintaining the highest reasonable standard of platform security and availability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ggjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the ggjl platform. Continued use of ggjl following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact ggjl support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ggjl.
